Please read these terms carefully before booking a stay at DogWood House. By making a booking you agree to be bound by them.
DogWood House is a professional dog boarding service based in Solebury, Pennsylvania, serving New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Greenwich, Connecticut.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only on receipt of a booking confirmation from DogWood House. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Full payment is required before or at the time of drop-off unless otherwise agreed in writing.
More than seven days' notice — full refund. Three to seven days' notice — fifty per cent refund. Less than three days' notice — no refund.
In exceptional circumstances we may offer a credit towards a future booking at our discretion.
By booking with us, you confirm that your dog is up to date with vaccinations, treated regularly for fleas and worms, in good general health, and not known to be aggressive without prior disclosure.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or behavioural considerations at the time of booking. We reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary treatment if we believe it necessary. You will be responsible for any costs incurred.
You must provide a valid emergency contact number and your vet's details at the time of booking. You agree to remain reachable during your dog's stay. If we cannot reach you in an emergency, we will act in your dog's best interests.
By providing your mobile number and email address at the time of booking, you consent to receive booking-related communications from DogWood House, including confirmations, reminders, and post-stay follow-up messages.
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of emails by contacting us directly.
We take every care to ensure your dog's safety and wellbeing. DogWood House cannot be held liable for illness or injury arising from a pre-existing or undisclosed condition, damage caused by your dog to our property or other animals, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.
You may bring bedding, toys, or food for your dog. DogWood House will take reasonable care of any items left with us but cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal property.
We may take photographs or short videos of your dog during their stay for welfare monitoring and, with your permission, for use on our website or social media. You may opt out at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.
